God, help me to not be someone who sits around and just watches people around me, “lying in wait” for them and waiting for them to say something or do something wrong. Instead, let me be someone who watches to see how I can bring someone help, encouragement, grace, life.

God, you are the giver of life, and yes, you are watching us. But, you are not watching us in order to catch us in doing something wrong. You are watching us in order to help us along and in order to watch that what you started in us is carried on until the day of completion.

And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.

Philippians 1:6

God, you are watching us in order to ensure our protection, provision, progress and success in our fellowship with you and in every aspect of our life.
