Fishing nets, fabric scraps, carpet flooring, and industrial plastic are collected from all corners of the world to be transformed. Once retrieved, the waste materials are carefully sorted and cleaned to recover all of the nylon possible.
An advanced chemical recycling process restores the nylon waste into brand-new nylon.
This method, unlike traditional mechanical processes, allows ECONYL® regenerated nylon to retain 100% of the qualities of new nylon but without the environmental footprint of conventional oil-based nylon. This restorative process paves the way for premium quality and environmental stewardship to coexist in a continuous loop.
