Stone Island has collaborated with Curry Brand to celebrate the Curry Camp Class of 2024 during an NBA All-Star Weekend, combining innovation, performance, and conscious design.
For the past eight years, Curry Camp—founded by four-time NBA champion and two-time MVP Stephen Curry—has provided top high school basketball players with an elite training experience, helping them refine their skills at the highest level. This year, the camp announced its new collaboration with our long time partner Stone Island, renowned for its pioneering approach to material research and innovation.
As part of the initiative, Stone Island partnered with Curry Brand to create a custom tracksuit exclusively for the athletes of the Curry Camp Class of 2024. What sets this garment apart is its responsible composition—the Nylon Metal Watro-TC jacket, is crafted with ECONYL® regenerated nylon, a fiber made from reclaimed waste materials. The fabric undergoes a resin treatment for enhanced water and wind resistance, followed by an elaborate double-dyeing process with an anti-drop finish.
Worn by Stephen Curry himself during the event, the tracksuit is a testament to how high-performance sportswear and a conscious approach to design can seamlessly come together to inspire the next generation. By integrating regenerated nylon into this exclusive design, Stone Island and Curry Brand continue to push the boundaries, merging innovation and responsibility.
