The report fulfils the requirements of the European Directive 2022/2464 on the Sustainability Statement (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive – CSRD), implemented in Italy by Legislative Decree No. 2024/125, and has been prepared according to the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
